Terms of Service

1. The service
PushIt provides social publishing tools: you connect your social media accounts, compose content once, and publish or schedule it to the channels you select. The service is in private beta and is provided as-is while we build it.
2. Your account
You must be old enough to hold accounts on the platforms you connect, and you are responsible for activity that happens through your PushIt account. Keep your login details to yourself and tell us at hello@pushit.online if you think someone else has access.
3. Connected channels
You connect channels through each platform's official authorization flow. We never receive your platform passwords. You may disconnect any channel at any time, from PushIt or from the platform itself. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, and we are not responsible for their decisions, outages, or policy changes.
4. Your content
Your content stays yours. You grant PushIt only the permission needed to store, format, and transmit that content to the channels you choose. You are responsible for what you publish, including its legality and any rights it requires.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use PushIt to publish unlawful content, to spam, to impersonate others, to infringe someone's rights, or to circumvent a platform's rules or rate limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability and changes
Beta software changes often. Features may be added, altered, or removed, and delivery to any given platform may fail for reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that a post will reach every channel.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PushIt is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using PushIt and delete your account at any time. We may end access if these terms are broken or if we discontinue the service.
